Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist aber ruhig, hat einen Balkon mit Seitenblick auf die Bucht und die Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage. Die Treppe (15 Stufen) ist wegen der Höhe der Stufen (zu hoch) etwas mühsam (Info für Behinderte). Aufpassen auf eine kleine Stufe im Korridor, die nicht markiert ist (man stolpert leicht) . Die Klimaanlage funktioniert und ist in allen Zimmern. WLAN funktioniert. Der Stadtstrand mit Bänken und Bäumen (Schatten, Wasser flach, wenn man weiter schwimmt etwas tiefer, gelber Sand, nichts ! im Wasser, das Wasser sauber, manchmal Wellen- Wetterinfo wegen Wind konsultieren ) ist um die Ecke. Um die Ecke ist auch die historische Altstadt (Souvenirs und Restaurants - sehr touristisch). Auch zwei kleinere Supermärkte (für Obst und Gemüse gibt es auch Stände an der Uferpromenade) in der Nähe. Der Blick von dem Stadtstrand und Uferpromenade ist schön - auf die Bucht und die höher gelegene Stadt. Um die weitere Ecke eine Möglichkeit für einen Spaziergang in den Feldern (für Hundebesitzer sehr bequem). Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war unproblematisch. Man hat Whatsup-Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin der Agentur, die man immer (egal was) fragen kann und die auch gerne hilft. Andere Strände (Klippen) auch fußläufig.

Die Antenne des Fernsehens wird hoffentlich repariert (viele Störungen). Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas dunkel mit hoch gelegenen Fenstern. Der Eingang in die Wohnung ist im "Glasvorgarten" einer Pizzeria. Wenn man in den Schlafzimmern die Fenster offen lässt, riecht man etwas die Küche (dann die Fenster zumachen, Klima an).

Despite the bad bits... It's very well located. It's spacious and clean. Well equipped (as long as you bring your own bottle opener!) Balcony good, overlooking town and sea. It's noisy from bar beneath, not a problem during the day and rooms very soundproofed. The shower is a very weak point. It very difficult to get into, small and shower equipment holder badly maintained. Not a good experience. Restaurant below worth a visit, but it has nothing to do with apartment. Town lovely, plenty of restaurants.

All the problems that I did have were before the stay. To summarise. I wanted to confirm that linen was provided and the situation with parking. Firstly, the app and website information are not the same. So I started to contact the apartment direct. I then discovered there is an intermediary company involved based in Germany. By the time I had finished, I had text, WhatsApp, booking.com and phone calls to 4 different individuals. The location itself is not obvious. The address is accurate, but it's "hidden" by a restaurant. The restaurant spreads out into the street over the pavement. As a result covers the doorway. A simple number/name on the front door would solve it !! Parking is bad. You can not park in the immediate street. You are given a parking permit that allows free parking in certain streets. Then you have to drive around looking for a rare space. The bad news is, that this was September and still it was difficult/impossible. The good news is that there is plenty of paid for parking and being September it's fairly cheap. €3/€5 day/ night . By the way linen was provided.
