Amazing central location, lots of cafes restaurants near by. Good size apartment has everything you need. Nice big shower, clean tidy, comfortable bed, nice little balcony.
Only downside I would say is the stairs as it’s on the top floor, just to know if you are bringing suitcases.

Location and the bed.
The 52 stairs to climb as soon as you open the door off the street. Very steep and narrow. Absolutely no basic “ welcome” pack eg salt, pepper, milk, olive oil
Nothing to make ice cube with in freezer. Petty things I know but they make a difference.
