Le bon afin d’aller boire un verre en attendant que le ménage se termine dans notre appartement, la terrasse pour un apéro avec vue sur la colline, la proximité du circuit .

Nous avons du attendre 3 h avant d’obtenir les clés de l’appartement,ce n’est pas la première fois que ça arrive , et nous ne sommes pas les seuls,beaucoup attendent dans à la réception , toutefois on nous a offert un verre , dans l’appartement pas de passoire, une poêle avec le Téflon qui qui s’en va , le strict minimum, pas de petites cuillères, seulement,cuillères à soupe ou cuillère à café, , 2 petits gel douche pour 3 jours et pour 2 personnes, on nous a donné un code wifi mais ce n’était pas le bon , la galère pour le trouver , le ménage devait êtres faits tous les 2 jours ,nous n’avons vus personne

Well, if you like to stay at a place among greenery and mountains without any noise then its good.

My experience at this resort was disappointing and fell well short of what I would expect from a property marketed as a 5-star resort. The first issue was the check-in experience. The resort consists of both hotel rooms and apartment units. Unfortunately, I mistakenly booked an apartment, which was located some distance away from the main hotel complex. I arrived late, around 9:30 PM, and requested assistance in locating the apartment. However, I was informed that no staff member was available to guide me, and I had to find the apartment on my own while carrying all of my luggage. Upon arrival, I discovered that I was the only guest on the entire floor of the apartment building, which felt isolated and somewhat unsafe. I requested to be moved to a closer apartment, but was told that no units were available. I then asked whether I could be moved to a hotel room instead. The staff agreed, but only at an additional cost. Afterward, I had to walk back to the apartment alone, collect all of my belongings, and move them to the hotel room myself. Although I arrived at the resort around 9:00 PM, I was not fully settled into my room until approximately 11:30 PM. The second major drawback is the location. The resort is very isolated, with virtually no restaurants, shops, or attractions within walking distance. The nearest cities are Portimão and Lagos, and anyone looking to experience local food, culture, beaches, or nightlife will need to travel to one of these locations. Overall, I found the experience underwhelming for a resort that positions itself as a 5-star property. Personally, I would rate it no higher than 3 stars. I have stayed at several 3-star hotels that offered a significantly better guest experience and level of service. The only reason I would recommend this resort is if you are attending an event at the nearby race circuit, as its proximity to the track is undoubtedly convenient. Otherwise, I would suggest considering alternative accommodation options
