Very clean, beds extremely comfortable, excellent shower. Room was ready early and provided welcome drink. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool was shut for maintenance

Perfect place to explore Lima from - luxury hotel and luxury room, really nice to stay for a few nights right in the heart of the city.

Pool was closed for maintenance during Sept-Oct when we stayed which was disappointing.

I think the breakfast could offer more variety with hot food, maybe some baked beans, fresher pastries

The facilities were not working properly: air conditioning in whole hotel broken. They told us they would repair it tomorrow. Then the day after they said they would repair it at the afternoon. When we did check out it was still broken. Imagine at 28 Degrees in Lima it was not possible to sleep well. When we asked for a ventilador at the evening in the first day they said they don’t have any else and we should have asked before. This was not a properly answer to client in my opinion. I hope they repaired it already and they look for solutions for the clients if one book the room with whole facilities… or at least make a discount for the inconveniences
