La gentillesse du personnel et l’ambiance rétro élégante

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff, good size rooms
All good what we expected from an older property

Great location. The building itself is really special. The rooms are spacious. All staff that we interacted with were absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly. With some additional TLC this hotel could really be something incredible.
It’s quite run down. A shame but could definitely be amazing. Some of the other reviews are a bit harsh, it’s still got a lot of charm.

Great location for ferry terminal
Too expensive for the shoe box size bedroom I was given. Melbourne or Sydney prices! The place is so run down. Definitely not value for money!!
