I liked the room where i stayed in 11th floor, I was forced to move to other floor/room because it was better.
The rooms in 10th floor it was creepy, dark and feels like dirty and dusty. The ambiance was not good and the Guestroom corridor is so hot there is no AC.
All the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the noise from the outside ground up to the highest floor, there was this street bands playing every afternoon and you will hear it from inside your room even with closed windows or doos.

The public areas are nice,and well maintained.
The guest rooms are large, but very outdated. You can tell the age of this hotel (25+ years) by the aging showers and bathrooms

Carpets are stinky in the hallway, it needs to be buff , no refrigerator in in our room,
