The access to the hot springs was very convenient and the hotel is in a beautiful natural setting. The hot springs are exclusive to guests, so they appear less crowded than the publicly available springs were people are being brought in by tour buses.
It was more remote, making it difficult to access hiking and birding and there wasn’t hiking available on the property for free. They played music by the hot springs with poor quality speakers, which detracted from the tranquility. The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good. I thought the cost of this experience was too high for what was received.

It has it’s own prívate pools for the guests. Nice breakfast, good service, modern clean rooms with mini fridge.
There are music speakers on the Pools. It is supposed to be a place to listen to nature and not salsa.

Beautiful location. Thermal bath all to myself.
The restaurant was more like a mess hall. Noisy, terrible acoustics. The road leading to the hotel is under construction. There was no mention of that
