Spacious and comfortable room. Very good location, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the main attractions in Istanbul.
Big windows allowed good ventilation in the room and the air-conditioning was perfect.
The staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early as soon as our room was ready, and also promptly organised a transfer for us to the airport (this is an extra cost, but it is worth it especially if you have an early morning flight).
Bathroom lighting was quite poor, could do with some more lighting. There were broken fittings in the bathroom, such as the tissue roll holder.

I liked the proximity to the Old city, the terrace and the views, the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

This was my second stay as the hotel kindly looked after my luggage while I travelled in the South of Turkey. I was given a better room this time on the 4th floor with nice views over the Bosphorous. The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque.
The breakfast is so-so and unfortunately in the basement. There are good views on the rooftop terrace but it is not a nice space to spend time and has a run-down atmosphere.
