A wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. The animals milling around the camp were a wonderful bonus. Coped excellently with dietary needs (Gluten and Dairy free) if one of our party.

The camp is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by nature. Having wildlife wander through the camp makes the whole experience feel truly magical. Our tent was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. It’s a wonderful place to fully immerse yourself in the bush and enjoy the safari atmosphere.

Compared to another lodge we stayed at during our trip, at a similar price point, we didn’t feel quite as warmly welcomed by the staff, and some interactions felt a little distant. There seemed to be a large number of staff members, and at times we noticed a lack of communication between them, which made the service feel a little less seamless. We also found the food to be fairly average for this level of accommodation. The game drive experience was also not quite as engaging as we had hoped. Of course, wildlife sightings are unpredictable and completely beyond anyone’s control, so this is not about how many animals we saw. We simply felt that our guide was a little less engaged and passionate in sharing his knowledge and creating the overall experience than what we experienced elsewhere. That being said, the camp itself is beautiful and we still enjoyed our stay.

Everything! I do not understand some of the negative reviews, they seem very picky and unnecessary! This hotel/camp/lodge - exceeded our expectations. The staff were all lovely and SO helpful. The meals were beautiful, my wife is quite fussy with meats so chose the vegetarian option most nights, leading her to try new foods which even they were 10/10. George in particular (our game driver) was exceptional, very informative, a good laugh and wanted to help us see as many animals and moments as possible! It was unusually cold during our visit, but they provided heaters, turned on our electric blankets ready for our evening arrival and helped where they could. The tents were noisy with the wind but it added to the feel of staying in the middle of nature and the national park! We got very lucky with 3 visits from the elephants at the pool! 2 mid-morning and 1 evening (a herd of 9 or 10). We would recommend this camp to anyone, and we will definitely return. Remember to enjoy the experience, look up at the stars and milkyway, look all around at nature and the wildlife, and enjoy the knowledge from the experienced game drivers.

Nothing!! The ONLY thing - to manage peoples expectations.. please remember this is a lodge in the middle of a national park. They cannot be a 5* hotel! We had the electric half go off one night, but they done everything the could to ensure ours/and the other guests stays were not affected. It is important that they respect that they are within the animals/wildlife and they do this well.
