Nampo Hound Hotel Premier

We loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a TV and a huge terrace with a wonderful view of Busan Tower. The bathroom layout was excellent: a separate toilet, a bathroom with both a shower cubicle and a bathtub, and a large washbasin in its own separate area. The metro station was less than a five-minute walk away, which made getting around very convenient. We were extremely happy with everything and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A definite 10/10! .

Nothing to complain about!

the location

staff at check-in not friendly/welcoming, no early check-in allowed. The room had a strong odor.

Room was a good size.

At check in, I was told that they only one room with balcony and I had booked two. They did give my daughter a suite room, but no balcony, so no view. They said it was an upgrade, but when I was booking this hotel if I selected two suite rooms it would have been £100 cheaper? I was also not told about the roof top bar area being closed, due to work being carried out. This was another reason I selected this hotel, so we could all sit upstairs and enjoy a few drinks together in the evening, a bit disappointed. If I had been notified about these things I would have booked another hotel

The location was decent with lots of places to eat at, the BIFF square or market. The main bus stop was close enough. Thats about it. Oh, and the room had a rather big bath, enough space for 2 people.

The hotel felt smelly and unpleasent (room). The lobby was actually pretty nice and modern compared to nearby hotel. The room was very dirty, the walls had marks, the floors felt meh, not impressive, view to lots of buildings. The shower/bath door didnt close all the way, so smell could easily spread around the room which already didnt smell great.
