La Colorado Lake House est située dans le Texas Hill Country au niveau constant du lac LBJ !! Il a plus de 3000 pieds carrés et est parfait pour tous les rassemblements de taille qui veulent profiter du lac LBJ. La maison dispose de 5 chambres avec 3 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 20 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et un futon qui peut être transformé en lit ainsi qu'une grande salle de bains avec 2 lavabos. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont chacune un lit king size et un lit simple. Il y a une autre chambre avec lits superposés, parfaite pour les enfants avec 2 lits superposés. Et enfin, il y a un loft qui a un lit king size et donne sur le vaste salon / salle à manger. Dans le grand salon / salle à manger ouvert, il y a des sièges confortables pour les grands groupes, une cheminée et une grande table de salle à manger. La pièce est bordée de fenêtres donnant sur la plus belle partie du lac LBJ. À l'arrière, vous trouverez un grand patio ombragé avec de très beaux meubles de patio, un gril pour votre commodité et également une vue incroyable sur le lac.

Nice location right on the water so easy access to the water and being able to enjoy our time being able to cook and no need to leave having everything available right there along with everything we brought with us.

We used this house for our rehearsal dinner, wedding day getting ready, and hanging out after the wedding! It was absolutely perfect for our family and friends to come and go while we prepared for our wedding day. The house and property are gorgeous, though GPS does not find it easily. Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful home!

The best part about this property is the amount of lake front property and the view. There are several boat slips if you need them. There was a good amount of space in the living room with nice couches. The dining table sat 12 or 14 with another table that had 4 chairs but could probably seat 6. The inside of the property was clean with the exception of stained carpet in a couple of rooms. There’s a nice covered porch along the back. The outside was in desperate need of cleaning and TLC. Several cobwebs that needed to be swept off railings and patio furniture. There was a hornet’s nest on the bottom of the picnic table. The picnic table needs to be replaced. I emailed the property manager ahead of time asking if we needed to bring our own towels and got no response. The WiFi code they gave us didn’t work. I called the property manager who said she would call us back and never did. It took 3 of us to figure out how to work the tv (we figured out the remote didn’t work).
