The price
Well I give it a 8 because of the value for your money, but the room didn't have a window.
The resort by itself looks more like a short time hotel. But can't complain for that money,

Easy access and perfect for an overnight stay as we were heading to Sukhothai from Surat Thani. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and big carpark

It was close to our location at the time of booking.
The bathroom sink faucet was broken and the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom.
