Good location // clean// air con// big room
Firm mattress but thankfully there was a thick comforter in cupboard I doubled up. Still was awoken from stiffness but better. Not a smart tv so waste of a tv If not Georgian.

The staff’s family was very very kind. They allowed me to check in early and I felt at home. It is in a phenomenal location. Easy walk into the city and is just secluded enough. Also very quick walk to Bagrati Cathedral which has the most beautiful sunsets. I thought the location was quite for the most part throughout the night. The room was big and the shower worked great. The air conditioning also worked great at night. If I’m ever back in Kutaisi I would be more than delighted staying here again.
lol whoever was in the room over from me got into a screaming argument my second night. Thats not the hotels fault though. Overall everything was good. I don’t have any complaints and would happily stay here again.

Laundry services for a small fee, closeness to city center, and humble management!
Very minor- it's the noise from vehicles but it's quiet at night time! But it didn't affect my impression of the excellent service

The hotel is extremely clean and quiet, right on the river and very close to the central park, the central market, and the Bagrati Cathedral, so it was easy to visit the city from there. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful, and available for any needs. My bedroom and bathroom were very nice and well equipped.
