Architecturally Designed Sea View Villa in Carovigno, Nr Ostuni with Heated Pool
Flambant neuf, ce étonnamment élégant, de conception architecturale, la maison côtière du pays se trouve dans sa propre idylle de deux acres. Seulement 2 minutes du Michelin restaurants étoilés de Carovigno et à 10 minutes de la «ville blanche» Ostuni, mais sans voisins immédiats, cette belle maison offre l'isolement total et de sérénité. Chic moderne, concepteur, intérieurs et un mobilier luxueux se fondre parfaitement avec une structure de la maison de campagne en pierre Puglian Masseria traditionnelle, suspendus des centaines d'années dans le temps. Avec chaque ouverture de la chambre jusqu'à sur place, bien entretenue, les jardins et d'oliviers, et, bien sûr, un énorme, chauffé, entièrement privé, piscine de 10m x 4m, c'est vraiment la propriété de destination Puglia pour ceux pour qui seuls les meilleurs ça ira.

San Domenico Golf Course est proche du village de pêcheurs de Savelletri, construit sur le site d'un ancien aérodrome sur le bord du village, avec vue sur la mer de chaque tee. Par 72 6220m.
2) Acaya Golf Club. Lieu: Acaya, San Cataldo, Lecce.
Ce nouveau cours bénéficie d'un cadre préservé, aux abords de la réserve naturelle de Cesine et à seulement 2 km de la plage de San Cataldo. Le club-house est un ancien 17 e siècle ferme.
3) Riva dei Tessali Golf Resort. Lieu: Castellaneta.
originale golf du Mezzogiorno, fondée en 1968, la petite station balnéaire de Castellaneta près, situé dans la forêt de pins côtière parfumée qui offre une ombre bienvenue et un abri contre le vent dominant. Par 72 5947m.
4) Metaponto Golf Club. Lieu: Metaponto.
Seulement dix minutes d'intervalle, Metaponto et Riva dei Tessali sont détenues conjointement. Metaponto est un cours plus long et plus ouvert situé dans une plantation orange. Par 72 6284m

This was a lovely property to stay in; with four bedrooms, it offers great space, the pool was nice to cool down and swim. The location is perfect for exploring all that Puglia has to offer, as it's close to many interesting places, a beach, and the station for travelling further afield by train is ten minutes away by car.Nykola manages the property for the owner; she met us to explain how everything worked. The welcome pack was brilliant, but Nykola's help and advice was invaluable to help us enjoy our holiday. The villa is close to Carovigno, which is a bustling town. We especially enjoyed eating at Braceria Pomodoro and La Cantina, both of which are banging. I look forward to visiting again. Due to some flight and timing constraints, we drove from Naples; it's doable, but quite a long journey after all the hassles of getting up early and flying. I'd plan that part differently next time.

We had a very lovely holiday in Carovigno. The villa is situated in a good area to explore places like Ostuni, Alberello and Lecce. The local town is very nice and has a lot of options for eating and the local beaches are great for children. You definitely need a car. It's a very long walk into town and there is nowhere to walk to. Nikola the agent was very accommodating in every way and very helpful with recommendations/helping with any questions we had. She was brilliant. The villa was nice and clean and the children enjoyed the pool. It worked well with 2 families of 4. The beds were ok for a week, but get the impression everything was 'ikea' so slightly lacked the luxury feel that we like on holiday. We had a few issues with internet connection and electricity which was a bit frustrating- but we were told that's pretty usual of the area. We also felt like some improvements could be made to make the villa The rooftop was very basic with nothing to make it comfortable and the outdoor area needs a bit of attention. Lots of tiles missing from the pool and the lighting wasn't working, so we couldn't really enjoy the area at night. We also didn't have any umbrellas until part way through the week. That being said, we had a lovely holiday and will have fond memories to look back on. Just another note- Whilst there we there we went to a local winery called l'essenze de Puglia for a wine tasting session. It's about a 6 min drive and was amazing!

We stayed at this wonderful property for 7 nights in August and had the most fantastic week. Nestled away in an olive tree, we felt completely at peace there with no noise from any passing roads or neighbours, it was bliss.A very short drive into the town which has a few big supermarkets but more importantly some lovely independent butchers and fruit and veg shops as well as some superb coffee shops for a perfect cappuccino and pastry for breakfast.The pool is a great size and the same depth the full length which is great for the kids to play in.The bedrooms are all generously sized and all have air con which is definitely needed in the summer. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment too.Th dining and living area is also very large and has air con. The 2 outdoor dining areas were lovely to sit around and eat and we loved the roof top seating space where we watched the sunset with a drink and games.Nykola the host was fantastic!! The best communication and so helpful with anything we need. Cannot recommend this place any higher!!

We have had not just one, but two, fantastic holidays at this beautiful property this year. The first was in the summer, with our children (who absolutely loved it!), and the second was when we managed to sneak down again, this time with friends, in late October, when the heated pool was a real bonus.The photographs simply don’t do justice to the house’s stunning, and very private, grounds, landscaped pool area and delightful interiors. Nykola, one of the lovely owners, has even agreed to help me work some of her interior design magic on our own house in Harpenden!As for the surrounding towns and villages, Ostuni is, of course magical, but it was actually Carovigno which sneaked our vote. With its frankly, for a town of this size, ridiculous number of wonderful bars and restaurants, incredibly well priced, and filled with as many locals as tourists, it really offers the kind of authentic, immersive Italian country experience, sadly no longer possible in Tuscany.And, before you ask, yes we are booked in for 2016. This time with our parents as well as the children.
