La propriété offre une fantastique grande piscine à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Patara et Kalkan et est située entre Islamlar et Kalkan dans un hameau appelé Uz (Uz) qui a un restaurant local turc, deux magasins locaux et la mosquée locale. La norme de la villa et l'ameublement sont de très haut niveau. La villa dispose de sols en pierre de travertin dans toutes les salles de bains et tous les autres domaines. Il ya trois zones de cuisine pour fournir un espace privé pour les individus et les couples devraient-ils choisir. Un sur le niveau plancher, sol et d'une annexe supérieure. Grande table extérieure pour manger en plein air avec chaises longues et parasols. Quatre des chambres ont des lits divans king size confortables, et une chambre a deux lits divan, des tables avec des miroirs, à côté des armoires et des armoires. Toutes les chambres et terrasses ont une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne.

The Villa is beautiful and very spacious. The air con is wonderful. The villa was well equipped with everything you really needed. The pool area is lovely and the pool itself fabulous with a lovely view down the mountain. Near the villa is an excellent small supermarket with pretty much everything you need as well as a few takeaway places if you fancy a night off BBQing. There are quite a few steps to get to the Villa from the off road car parking (96), however once you have conquered them, the villa is well worth it. The check in process was easy enough and if there are any issues with the Villa there is a number to whatsapp and they were certainly excellent at getting back with any questions we had. Would certainly recommend this Villa without Hesitation. Many thanks

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was lovely - very comfortable and well furnished, the air conditioning being a welcome feature (it was really hot when we were there!) Beautiful views and lovely pool too. Communication was excellent both from Suzie, the owner and Ali who managed the property. The drive to Kalkan is about 10 minutes. There is so much to see and do in the area too. Highly recommend a visit.

We arrived at Dalaman airport and hired a car. The journey from the airport was simple, Susie had provided easy to follow directions to the property. Collecting the keys on the way to the property. The property was clean and as described. The local supermarkets were very close. The locally baked bread is a must. We spent the first view days in the villa enjoying the pool and amazing views. Susie provided information about the local area and after a few days we venture out visiting the local markets, nearby beaches and Kalkan. Everything is very easy to access, only requiring a short car journey. The local restaurants are very affordable with lovely food and friendly staff. The restaurants in Kalkan are more expensive and busy, but well worth a visit. Parking in Kalkan can be a little challenging in the evening. If you have children that like branded clothes you can get some very good deals in Kalkan as well. We highly recommend this property and area. A nice relaxing holiday destination with plenty of places to visit and friendly people.

Villa well situated, but there was no hot water coming from showers and we were obliged to use the hot water coming from bathroom sink .
I called many time the manager and he said will handle this , but unfortunately he never did it .
