Casa Vista Montanha est un luxe spacieux 4 chambres / 4 salles de bains villa située dans des jardins gated matures avec 10x5m piscine privée chauffée, 4 terrasses, terrain de pétanque, volley-ball / aire de badminton et grand barbecue. Toutes les chambres complètes avec l'air conditionné et WiFi, 10 couchages usage de lit portable et lit bébé. Situé dans les beaux peacefull préservées de l'Algarve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Moncarapacho où il ya une sélection de boutiques, restaurants, supermarchés et des banques. Casa Vista Montanha est une villa moderne et spacieuse avec deux grandes chambres avec salle de bains (une avec sa propre terrasse meublée) et 2 chambres doubles spacieuses et 4 salles de bains de luxe. Le salon peut accueillir confortablement 10 avec salle à manger hors de côté, la télévision par satellite (/ ITV BBC), lecteur DVD et d'un patio portes ouvrant sur terrasse ombragée, piscine et jardin. La cuisine de luxe est entièrement équipée et bien équipée avec coin salon supplémentaire où les portes ouvrent sur le patio barbecue. Vous serez ravis de la qualité de cette villa avec chauffage de la piscine gratuit mi-Mars-début novembre

This villa lives up to the listing and other reviews. It is a good size, well finished, well equipped and a good layout.There is what we decided to call “the honeymoon suite” up the stairs. This has a huge double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is good privacy here and hence we gave that to my brother and his girlfriend. The room has a private balcony facing out to the front over the pool.Off the staircase there is a further roof terrace with a couple of sun beds…arguably available to all guests as it isn’t attached to that master suite.Downstairs in the bedroom area there is a large twin room on the left, facing to the rear of the villa and a double on the right, facing the front. These share a bathroom with shower over bath. We took these rooms for ourselves and our small children.At the end of the bedroom corridor, there is another twin room which is en-suite which my parents took.All have ac but the ac in the kids twin room wasn’t working, similarly was the ac in the living room. We are told these are due to be replaced shortly.The 4th bathroom has a shower and toilet.The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could reasonably want including coffeeMachine….just ensure you get the right capsules.The pool is lovely, it is heated and if anything got a bit too warm! Plenty of sun beds, tables and options to sit and eat outside….you can make full use of the plot as the owners have put furniture in various locations.

Fantastic villa with a brilliant pool. The pool was perfect and the temperature of the water so warm. The villa was well stocked and outdoor patio was very convenient for outdoor eating. A car is required but there is a really nice restaurant that you can walk to (15 mins) via a very quiet road. Communication was good with villa representative and he always answered quickly. The location is good for visiting Olhao and the islands.There was a little bit of confusion with Aircon. I think the owner introduced an extra payment to have Aircon on during the day which we had not been informed about but this was quickly sorted out. Also the downstairs Aircon was broken but I understand that these things happen and didn't cause much inconvenience.Maybe a welcome book for the villa would be helpful. For instance it took us a while to locate the recycling bins in the neighborhood (for anyone else it is a left, right at roundabout and then a right)We were incredibly happy with our time at the villa and would 100% recommend to others.

This is a smart villa in a quiet development near to the small town of Carapacho. It is a short drive from Faro airport (about 25 mins) and about a 10 min drive from Carapacho (which has a good supermarket).The villa was very spacious and felt very private. The gardens were well tended and the pool was clean and a good size.At the back of the villa is another large patio area with a great barbecue.
