Great location for our needs. Restaurant on property was great for drink and dinner
Slightly noisy at night over the car park

Traditional and local. Right opposite the railway station. Pleasant room. Nice breakfast - good evening meal too. Not too far to walk to the castle.

The “Penzion Karlštejn” is very clean, convenient and affordably priced. The hotel restaurant is smartly open until 10 p.m. and the food is very good and well priced. The staff is friendly and attentive. I visit Karlštejn every other month for business, (I live in Denver, Colorado), and I’ve stayed in several different hotels in the village. They are all very good hotels … and the “Penzion Karlštejn” is now one of my favorites! Thank you! Andre

It was all okay
Hot in rooms, farther from area attractions than other penzions/hotels, train loud at night (especially with windows open d/t heat), breakfast was not great when comparing to other places we stayed in Czechia.

"Chambre confortable dans un joli endroit au calme. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct. Excellent rapport qualité prix. La proximité de la gare est appréciable pour ceux qui voyagent en train."
