Spacious and easily accessible and in a good location and no keys are needed!

The shower needs some attention - it seems the base cover loosened itself from the base plate and now has a bubble and the silicon work needs an absolute redo.

Location close to many landmarks, Santa Caterina shopping mall and grocery stores is a plus. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Apartment was spacious and the lay out was very efficient. Kitchen though small was well equipped and versatile enough to enable me to make some great meals.

Although we stayed for 2 nights and asked not to have any housekeeping, management wanted to charge us 1 euro per coffee pod, which I found strange. Went to Continente and bought a box of 10 for 3 and change. Only complaint is that the shower stall is not designed correctly and water can easily get onto the bathroom floor.

Good location Very clean and daily cleaning

shower room floor tiles leaking water, shelf broken so bar stool left in as a shelf.

The bed was big and comfy and the room was nicely decorated. The air con worked well and the wifi connection was good also. Nice modern space! Apartment 2 didn’t have a balcony, this is not clear from the photos on the site.

Whilst the location is good - central and close to most landmarks, the street is full of nightclubs, bars and strip clubs and was really noisy until past 5am. You could hear the bass from the room and people shouting etc all night. This made it very difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. You can also hear the upstairs room dragging furniture and so on. There was no shampoo in the shower (a soap dispenser only) and the towels were a little thin. While we appreciated the coffee it was a bit tricky to really see which capsule was which description.
