Hotel Lindi

I liked my stay here: -convenient location in town center, 3 min walk to bus stop for Butrint and to the seaside -nice, spacious room -great breakfast and generally the lobby cafe was pleasant for a cup of coffee during the day -friendly and helpful staff

-no kettle in the room -shower was ok but making the bathroom floor wet

Position parfaite trés proche de la promenade de SARANDA avec restaurantrs, commerces et balade. A 200 m de la plage, la balade du soir magnifique sur cette promenade le long de la mer avec tous les restos, bar. Animation magnifique PETIT DEJEUNER SUPERBE, copieux et gourmand

Ma chambre avait un balcon...sauf qu il etait collé a l espace laverie et les femmes de menage étaient carrément sur le balcon a étendre le linge donc nous n 'avons jamais pu vivre avec notre baie vitrée ouverte au contraire toujours les rideaux fermés car le personnel passait tout le temps sur ce balcon et donc on se cachait dans la chambre..GROS POINT NEGATIF sur la chambre 110

Very clean. Accessibility. Nice breakfast with very good staff service. Comfy bed. Gerte was very helpful carrying our luggage to the bus stop. The hotel has a very unique style-mis matched furniture/rugs/wall decor (added character to the hotel feels but I love it!

Location (up a hill) was good away from the noise of the promenade. Breakfast was A LOT so go hungry as you don’t get a choice, but they’ll happily give you tin foil to take away what you can’t finish. The decor is so kitsch!

Rooms are tiny and airless, even with AC. People smoke a lot out the front so can’t have balcony open as comes into room even on higher floor. Mainly though, I feel the manager is a scammer. I contacted the hotel more than two weeks before arriving via Booking.com, email and WhatsApp to change to be one night. We kept contacting and got no reply. Arrived on what was our ‘second’ night to him being rude at us and then when I checked out, he kept trying to make me pay for two nights telling me how all those methods of comms are broken so he never got my message (though there was a note against my name so he was lying). I needed to haggle down to a single night charge and even then paid €10 more than I should’ve.
