Wonderful location; had a washing machine for clothes.
Our only (small) issue was having only one small mirror in the property to get ready with. Other than that, the stay was great for two people.

Great location, close to everything; close to supermarkets, convient stores, 2 main train stations, restaurants and cafes. Great coffee place on the main shopping strip (called Portal coffee). Space for 4 people was just enough. The area was a slower pace compared to your "main" districts, which we highly appreciated! Communication was quick and very accommodating, especially on our last day!
I really dont have anything negative to say. We all loved the area and place.

This was our second time staying at this property . The 3 bedroom unit is large and very comfortable for our family if 5. Koenji is a very cool neighbourhood snd this property is just off the main shopping street ( v cool cafes and vintage shops ) and very easy walk to JR line and subway station . 3 bedroom unit has a rooftop balcony -perfect for the sunset . Very quick into Shinjuku etc . Highly recommend

Good location in Koenji, good facilities and a/c and would be good value for group of 3 or 4 sharing.
Property - especially bedroom area in basement - had very little ventilation or natural light and smelt a bit damp and stale. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Cut my stay short and stayed somewhere else.
