I liked the location, the spacious room, and the cleanliness of the entire place. Anna was an amazing hostess. She was kind enough to wait for us (airport delay) even after her working hours. She even took the time to give us a tour of the building and she was very helpful in explaining the area to us since it's our first time in Verona. She is a bank of local information. She really did a great job in maintaining the unit.

Everything! The room was clean and comfortable and Anna responded to every little request. She is a gem and obviously takes great pride in providing exceptional service. The location cannot be beat.

The lady welcomed us to the facility was very nice.
The apartment location is fantastic
The parking area is wide and easy to park
The apartment is too old and not worth the value of the money we paid. The elevator is too slow. No room service. Quality of the pillows and bed sheets are not good.
Overall is acceptable but I wouldn’t not prefer to book there again.

"L’accueil de Anna, très gentille avec beaucoup d’explications et de recommandations. L’intérêt historique et architectural du bâtiment. La possibilité de se garer dans la cour"
