Very clean and well equipped, easy to find and park, keys available in key safe. We were visiting our daughter at the university, easy walking distance to there and Beeston town centre

Great location; easy to get to Beeston station. Very responsive host.
Had some trouble on day one with the setup of the room but Gareth quickly moved me to another room which was perfect for me

Good basic room with kitchenette outside which was handy.
Stained carpets, dust and cobwebs. Not particularly comfortable bed.
