Excellent breakfast buffet.
Outstanding, professional and courteous service from all staff members.
Good options for lunch and dinner.
Great location adjacent to embassies.
Feeling of safety and security.
Safe area to walk around but not much to see in terms of sites, museums, food or entertainment.
Would like to have had option for smaller and less costly portion sizes for entrees.
Intermittent power outages.
Fair WiFi service throughout the hotel that became spotty with higher load.

Location; quiet and feels secure being close to Diplomatic residences and Embassies.
Size of rooms.
Staff responsiveness.
Location of the suites; far from the main building and requires use of staircase.
Buffet breakfast where access to the food is physically restricted; the 1st time I have ever seen that in all my travels.
No extension phones available in the common areas, so Guest and Staff can’t easily call Reception or Maintenance if they need assistance.
No door bells for the Suites; a Guest in the bedroom can’t easily hear someone knocking on the front door.

The hotel was well situated to access the airport and a nearby conference venue. The rooms were spacious and well maintained.
We booked from the night before our 6/7am arrival to ensure our rooms were available when we got there. When we arrived we found our rooms had been cancelled and resold as we had not checked in, despite no contact being made to confirm if we would be arriving still. The manager informed us we would not be charged for the first night, but we were subsequently charged 50% as an early check-in fee for the subsequent night. The mix up and subsequent reneging of the first night's charge was very disappointing.
