Ottima posizione. Non centrale ma ottimamente collegata dai mezzi, tra l'altro il nuovo sistema per il pagamento dei mezzi pubblici è comodissimo (informarsi sul sito). Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente nello stabile. Appartamento molto spazioso
Una gestione un po' rigida dell'aria condizionata che è temporizzata. Probabilmente motivata dal timore di un eccessivo consumo ma il rischio è di patire caldo se se rientra un po' presto e fin troppo fresco oltre una certa ora. Sarebbe stato gradito trovare già il condizionatore e il boiler accesi all'arrivo oltretutto visto che l'orario viene chiesto con una certa insistenza.

Igazából minden normális igényt kielégítő apartmanban voltunk, nem sok időt töltöttünk a szálláson, de amit igen, az kifogástalanul telt.
Az ingatlan kapcsán Trieszt egyéni sajátossága, az autók számára szűk helyek amit esetleg fel lehet hozni, de az sem az apartman, inkább az udvar, de leginkább Trieszt sajátossága, mi pedig egy nagyobb autóval voltunk.

The facility and location are as I chose. In communication, only the owner's daughter was very kind and punctual. However, she could not influence the repair of bad things.
I chose this facility only because of two things: parking and air conditioning. The parking lot was canceled after the time for free cancellation of the reservation had passed, and the air conditioner was turned on remotely from 6-10:30 p.m. On the last day, we came home around 5 pm, the thermometer showed over 28 C in the apartment, but the air conditioner was not working. We had to text the owner's daughter and beg for the air conditioning to be turned on. If you need air conditioning overnight - forget about it. The only communication initiated by the owner was: Pay 18 euros for the tax, your parking is canceled and on the last day we were instructed (in a commanding tone) to leave the building by 11 a.m., throw away the trash, close the windows and take the car from the parking lot, which we could not even use.

Ottima posizione centro città facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.
Gestione in remoto funzionamento dei climatizzatori da parte del proprietario. Letto matrimoniale piccolo e scomodissimo. Mancanza di parcheggio all'interno del cortile. Difficoltà di parcheggio autovettura in strada.
