The lift , separate bathrooms, position cleanliness and comfort
Problem with front door, lack of any freezer, unreliable dishwasher.

Location - very central, perfect spot with great views. Shops snd restaurants just 5 min walk away. Top floor (lift available) so very quiet. Great views. Light and airy generous sized rooms.

Huge apartment, great location. Relatively quiet with way less seagull noise than most areas of bath.
There is no air con and the 2 fans that were in the room do not actually blow air. The owner did bring a nicer fan, but it was pass out hot all day and night was uncomfortable and impossible to sleep well, we had to have the children sleep on the floor in our room so they didn’t get heat stroke. I get it’s supposedly rare, but it was no fun and ruined our time in Bath and the large apartment was pointless since you could not stand to be in it.
