Excellent location near town, spacious with a comfortable bed a good shower and kitchen/lounge too. Big fridge and also a small refrigerator. Will return hopefully next visit. Very large TV in lounge with Amazon connectivity and a small one in bedroom. Excellent quality WiFi
Both kitchen and bathroom taps loose, need fixing. The toilet seat also needs securing. Heating was turned off after arrival and I used the 2 convection heaters. Perhaps zap the central heating on in the evenings as getting cold now. Please be aware if booking that it's a self contained accommodation and not an AirBnB as only detergent and basic crockery/cutlery available for use. (No scourer, shower gel, anti bac hand cleanser etc) These are minor points hence the good rating of 9

The apartment was big and the location very quiet - with a big kitchen, TV, freezer, a huge TV and a comfy sofa and mattress, it had all to make it a very relaxing stay with a nice 'holiday' feel. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Some parts weren't super clean and the apartment felt a bit cold. I would not be worried for winter though as the heating system seems solid.

Comfortable bed, adequate size of room for my work stay, friendly welcome when I arrived
The waste bin hadn’t been cleaned out properly and still had some food waste stuck to the bottom of the bin and there was no bin bags available, the hot water tap in the kitchen sink didn’t turn on so there was no hot water to wash your dishes/cutlery, there was no surface cleaner, kitchen towel/cloth to wipe down/clean the worktop. The bathroom floor was rotten and sunken/collapsing under the linoleum and the bathroom radiator was leaking into a plastic bowl on the floor.
