There is a great kitchen to make your own breakfast but we chose to eat at a great restaurant virtually next door.
There wasn't anything to dislike

The location is good, in a quiet greeny area near Avenida metro station. The beds are comfortable and the windows can be shut entirely for perfect darkness, and the small balcony is nice.
The room could REALLY use an AC. especially in the hot weather of lisbon that was 35° when i arrived.
Also, it really bothers that they have an automatic sensor for the lighting in the bathroom, especially because it doesn't work properly and it gets dark all of a sudden while you're showering or using the bathroom

The location was convenient and made it easy to explore Lisbon. The room itself was adequate for our stay and the check-in process was straightforward.
we were disappointed with the shared facilities. Since the accommodation is shared with other guests, the bathrooms became untidy at times and were not always cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard. This affected the overall comfort of our stay.
If you don't mind shared accommodation, this may still be a suitable option, but we feel that more frequent cleaning and better maintenance of the shared bathrooms would significantly improve the guest experience.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, cutlery, and plates, had well-managed fridge space, and a table and chairs made it an inviting place to eat. My room was right next to the kitchen. That could be noisy, but it was quiet the night I stayed, and having my food two meters away was convenient.
About an hour after I’d been given a room and settled in, I was told to pack up and move to a different one. There was no good reason for it, and it was the low point of the stay. On smaller things: the listing photo shows a window view rather than the entrance, which made the place hard to find, and the entry instructions came well after I arrived. A large section of the stair banister is missing, which is a hazard. The internet was slow and kept dropping.
