Durch die stadtnahe Lage war die Wohnung optimal um fussläufig zur Altstadt/Hafen/Beach und zum Einkaufen zu kommen. Auf dem Hinweg durchs bergabgehen natürlich etwas einfacher als zurück... Das große Doppelbett war für zwei Personen ausreichend und mit guter Matratze bestück. Das Bad aufgrund der Marmor- und Wandfliesen sehr sauber, gute Dusche, Heißwasser immer zur Verfügung. Die Küchenaustattung war für eine Ferienwohnung schon recht umfangreich. Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank + Tiefkühlfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, großes Topfsortiment - sogar auf dem Balkon ein Elektrogrill. Sehr gutes W-Lan. Zwei (!) große Fernseher > 1x Wohnzimmer, 1x Schlafzimmer mit gutem digitalen Empfang sind schon sehr ungewöhnlich. Ganz positiv empfanden wir die Ruhe in der Wohnanlage (ok, die freilaufenden Pfauen haben sich gelegentlich untereinander unterhalten :-) Es ist abends relativ wenig beleuchtet im Aussenbereich und auf der Straße aber wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer gut und schnell hergestellt, sehr hilfsbereit wegen unserer Abreisezeit.

Wen der etwas marode Charme des Hauses (1958), sowie die überall recht schwierige Parksituation nicht stört, kann sich in dieser Ferienwohnung durchaus wohlfühlen.

Really enjoyed staying here, was very clean and comfortable and quiet.. Out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but only a 10 minute walk, Met by the host and everything was explained. Would recommend it and would stay again no problem.

A spacious apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom, with everything provided, including a coffee machine and a washing machine. It has a massive balcony running along the entire apartment that overlooks a lovely green courtyard. The building itself has a unique design—a blend of modern and vintage styles. The host was very pleasant, met us on the street, and showed us around. Although there is no private parking, there were free public spots on the surrounding streets and in a small nearby yard, so we had no trouble parking our car. Great location: just a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town and the port. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. (We didn't go to the beaches, as in my opinion, Split isn't really about a beach holiday).

This doesn't apply to the apartment itself, but Split as a whole feels a bit different from typical coastal resort towns—it can be a little grittier, but the Old Town is well worth a visit, and the port offers plenty of boat trips to beautiful bays and islands.

The host was there to meet us, showed us around the property, and was very friendly and helpful. Tatiane, who I understand is the Host Manager and who we communicated with by email, was also friendly and excellent at keeping in touch before our arrival. Overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend the apartment.
