The villa balcony and pool area very comfortable and enjoyed.
The road to the villa very narrow, blind spots and rough. Rusty spoons, forks, etc. No kettle or microwave and bed uncomfortable. Screen mesh holely and iron board needs replacing. No mention of anything by the owner, you have to find out by yourself.

The apartment is in the lower floor of the house of the owner and detached from it. The apartment is divided to two seperate units 15 meters from each other. Comfortable for parents who need privacy and quiet.
The view is spectacular, overlooking the bay, facing the sunset. The apartment is 700 meters from a beautiful beach and 7 minutes drive from the center of porto heli.
The pool is claen.
The owner waso was very friendly and helpful.
We had a great time. Eveything was just great.

The place is amazing, with nice view and the garden / swimming pool are ideal for relaxation. The owners were very discrete during our stay.
The double room was somehow small, mainly due to the bed positioning.

Enjoyed the view, the property was well maintained, lovely garden , pool area and dining room .
Loved that our room had a huge private balcony with comfortable furniture.
You had switch on the thermistor in order to have warm water.
A bit more space in the room.
