Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. War echt toll und auch die Kommunikation waren sehr gut.
Poolumrandung etwas scharfkantig und Planken stehen teilweise zu hoch. Wird aber bestimmt außerhalb der Saison repariert. 😉

Entspricht exakt der Beschreibung . Viel Platz, sehr ruhig. Super zum entspannen.
Pool ist mit wpc verkleidet was an einigen Stellen hoch steht, gebrochen ist etc. Da ist hohe Verletzunngsgefahr.

The man that comes to clean swimming pool was weird and intrusive. He wanted to talk with us and stayed way to long to the point that it was uncomfortable. Last day the check out time was till 10 am. The cleaner came at 8th to clean the pool so we could not use it any more. He used our toilet and kitchen without asking. So while we were packing he was there watching and creeping us out with his speedo swimming pants and baseball cap.
The other personal were professional and very kind.

The house is placed in a small site separated from city and villages by farm surrounded by fields. It's a very private and safe environment. Good distance to Zadar, Split, Plitvice, Krka, Krupa etc. The house is nice, clean. The kitchen is fully equiped. We used outdoor barbecue facility. The pool is great for kids and it was getting cleaned every second morning. The internet is 4G, not very fast but acceptable for calls.
Unlike booking.com description, you need a car or 30 min walk to get to Sv. Filip i Jakov.
There is no container for plastic and paper :-]
