The central location was great

The carpet wasn’t very clean and there were dirty glasses in the cupboard

Advertised with enough beds for 8 people, we had to make 2 of the beds

Location Large and comfortable

We specifically chose this property for the swimming pool and my two granddaughters were very disappointed to find it closed (obviously for some time and yet still advertised in n website). For the price $800 a night to only have two wine glasses and one flute and only four mugs and one spoon also disappointing. No towel rail in bathroom and hot tap in shower fell off as I was showering. I will be seeking a partial refund. Please tell me how to go about.
