Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs in a timely manner. We didn't order food so I can't really tell anything about it. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It is situated in a good location close to the important landmarks in the city and has a really good view of the city.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Only thing was that smoking wasn't allowed in the room. Everyone is supposed to smoke in the 9th floor balcony. Other than that, I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

The hotel is right next to Elizabeth Mall. Very convenient for shopping groceries and eating out. The room is cleaned and supplies are refilled daily (ex: water, coffee, toiletries etc.) Staff are excellent and breakfast was good.
