The hotel is modern and relatively new (2018) with excellent beds, A/C, and bathroom accessories. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and lounge which are nice retreats from the crowded streets around the Pantheon. The location is perfect for exploring Rome. We especially appreciated staff member Nico who served us breakfast and afternoon drinks with his friendly welcome and smile.
We were surprised by the lack of security measures at the hotel entrance and in the elevators. Further, the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

We stayed here with our one-year-old child, and everything was perfect. The hotel has an exceptional location, probably one of the best in Rome, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were wonderful-friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and both hotel restaurants were excellent. We had a truly memorable family stay.
The only downside was the price, which we felt was extremely high, even though everything about our stay was excellent. We understand that other hotels of a similar standard are priced within the same range and that Rome may generally be an expensive destination, but we still found the rate excessive. As this was our first visit to Rome, we cannot compare it with our previous experiences in the city.

The location is fantastic.
The hotel was generally quite disappointing considering the cost of the stay. Check in took half an hour with a member of staff who seemed extremely disinterested. The lighting was more confusing than ‘modern’. The television in the room would turn itself off randomly whilst in use. The bathrobe hook in the bathroom was above the toilet which meant one got wet… The bar on the rooftop looked lovely but €22 for one cocktail is just ridiculous. Save your money and stay in any other equally well located hotels that want your custom and are customer focused.
