What we liked about the apartment was that it was clean, and the staff provided clear check-in instructions. The location is good, being close to both downtown and the bus station. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen—which included a dishwasher and a fridge (although a bit small)—as well as the washing machine and the private parking space inside the building.
We disliked that the apartment was too small for four guests. Once the two beds were unfolded, we had absolutely no privacy and were constantly bumping into each other. We also disliked the lack of sheer curtains; the neighbors across the street could look straight in, leaving us with no choice but to close the thick curtains and block out the daylight. Additionally, because it was quite warm, we had to keep the windows open, but by 6 am we were woken up by the noise of garbage trucks. It was a shame, as it was actually quite peaceful during the day and night.

Everything was great. Property in very good location, quiet at night, but center is still not to far to walk or just take tram. Shops are around. Was clean and everything what we needed for stay.

included parking spot was the reason I booked the place.
good/clean neighbourhood ( armada spasy right next door could be noisy at night, but I had luck I guess, didn't hear a thing despite having to ventilate the apartment all night due to the warmth )
you can't call it self check-in when the meeting point for key pick-up is 3-4km away from the apartment.
also no self check-in when you have to pay extra when you're unable to get the key between 16:00 - 20:00 ( I would almost call that a scam, since it is not explained before booking .... )
curtains are not equally sized to the windows ( you will never get it dark in the room )
additionally the balcony is more a winter garden and gets very warm in sunshine
in addition to the preset ( not changeable ) heating in the bathroom the apartment gets very warm.
needs air conditioning
wifi didn't work and there is no shower, only bathtub ( with shower head you can hold in your hand ... )
