We arrived late and Oksana met us at the accommodation and showed us the property she also left us a lovely gift of treats.It is a spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Great air con in the main bedroom and living room. Dyson Fan in the second room which we didn’t use. Ceiling fans which again we didn’t use. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, the view from the balcony and sun terrace were great. Everything you need is there. We cooked in the accommodation and had meals out. The pool is slightly heated and we never saw anyone else in there. My 2 kids really enjoyed it. The sun terrace was lovely to have a siesta, sunbathe or eat on. Easy walk to the station for a day trip to Malaga city. 2 supermarkets close by for supplies. Downhill walk towards Torremolinos or the Marina. We used taxis to get to Aqualand Torremolinos and Benalmádena pueblo in the hills which we caught nearby. We needed help to arrange an airport taxi for home as we had a very early flight. The host kindly helped us out via his neighbour. Its hard to find fault. You can hear some noise from neighbours due to thin walls/ echoing from the roof but not excessive. No dog barking as one review mentioned. We would stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was lovely! Kitchen well equipped, Washer & dryer plus clothesline. There were 5 of us in a 2 br apt and we were all comfortable and uncrowded.Loved using the grill. It was nice and clean (have seen much worse at STRs).

The apartment is quite large and has everything you need, including a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The view from the kitchen is also wonderful as it overlooks the mountains to the north. The main problem was the location as it is a 25 minute walk to the seaside, and is close to an extremely busy polluted road that you must walk on to get to all 3 grocery stores or the El Pinillo train stop, about a 25 minute walk. The location of the apartment is in a very car oriented and noisy neighbourhood. The apartment, while being on the top floor (3rd floor) is part of an adjoining group of apartments, similar to row housing. There is absolutely no noise buffering or insulation so you can hear everything around you next door, downstairs, and in other apartments. We suffered with our neighbour’s barking dog every day, a very noisy Arab family in the adjoining apartment in the next building who got up at 6am and went to bed well beyond one in the morning, making a lot of noise shouting, cleaning, cooking. We also had a very noisy elderly Spanish couple downstairs who would play flamenco music extremely loudly during the day. Not a very relaxing environment which is so unfortunate given that it is a nice apartment and the host is a very nice gentleman. It should be noted that while the listing shows an outdoor pool, it is not open because the local city government passed a regulation that requires a fence directly around the pool, and not just around the property.
