Villa with Andalusian flair. Pure nature! private pool
Casa Leon se dresse sur un terrain de 700 m² avec une piscine privée. La maison est détachée avec des murs pour un ferry privé absolu. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 6 couchages. Jardin privatif avec fruitiers et agrumes, 2 terrasses couvertes meublées de 55m². Télévision par satellite allemande, parking pour 2 voitures, électr. Radio porte extérieure. La maison est lumineuse et décorée avec amour. Il dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond. Une chambre avec lit double a sa propre salle de bain (douche) avec WC. Les autres chambres ont chacune un lit double et deux lits simples. Cuisine: entièrement équipée. cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur, -Gefrierschrank, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain. Machine à laver, planche et fer à repasser. Séjour et coin repas: 2 canapés, TV satellite allemande, cheminée chauffante, table à manger pour 6 personnes. La terrasse sud est couverte et peut accueillir 6 personnes. La terrasse nord est couverte et orientée vers la cuisine (banquette supplémentaire pour 6 personnes)., Selon que vous recherchez le soleil ou l'ombre. Un barbecue en plein air, ainsi que des chaises longues et des parasols sont disponibles. Parapluies et support électrique pour la plage de sable. Glacière et jouets disponibles.

We loved it there. Such a wonderful property with so many different spaces around for us to enjoy with family and friends. So many shaded areas, tables, chairs and wonderful swimming pool and bbq. Fully equipped kitchen even with salt pepper, spices, oil and so many different pans and crockery and everything you need. Bathroom fully equipped and have towels there. Honestly, you just need to get there and enjoy. WiFi stable, lovely people looking after the place (shout out to lovely Tere and Manolo for all their help and for being on call if anything happened). Also shout out to Claudia and Rene for the great idea of planting a lot of things that can be consumed (we enjoyed the lemons and thyme and loved seeing peppers, tomatoes, figs and olives growing). Have plenty of carpark space (at least 2) and since house is on 1 floor only it is semi accessible if you have any mobility issues (it's only 1 step to the porch at the front of the house). Loved it and will definitely consider coming back. Watch out for the lovely birds and see if you can spot a chamaleon going around!

It's a lovely villa and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Everything you need is there, a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, pegs, beach umbrellas etc. The pool and garden are lovely with lemon, orange, fig and olive trees as well as grape vines and jasmine. The pool is fantastic. You do need a car there as there isn't much in the local area but it's a great base to explore Cadiz, Jerez etc and there are some great beaches 20 mins drive away. The dog next door seemed to bark a lot, but admittedly it did seem to quieten down a bit after we'd been there a few days (or maybe I stopped noticing it so much). But it's a small issue really and otherwise it is a completely peaceful place. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The unpaved roads leading to Casa Leon took us a little by surprise. However, they did not reflect the beautiful property that lay beyond the walls.
The property sits on a large, well maintained plot with more lemon trees than you can wave a gin and tonic at! There is also a gorgeous, well proportioned swimming pool to the side and this enabled us to have a very welcome dip in the heat of the Andalucian sun.
Inside, the property has everything you need. The oven is gas so was a little 'hit and miss' on the temperature but this is a very minor point. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and you will need these during the summer months.
The property is located on the outskirts of town. There is a Family Cash supermarket a 10 minute drive away and the main 'tourist strip' of Chiclana is at least a 20 minute drive.
You will need a car but it is very easy to get to Cadiz, Jerez and even Gibraltar.
The property is ideal if you want the luxury of your own pool and, even better, you get to see a little part of the real Spain.
