Location, very comfortable bed and staff friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the lights in my room switching on while I was sleeping and they gave me a different room after I complained.
The automatic lights and the over complicated system and logic to switch them on and off, overall very annoying to understand. Also a bit loud on the corridors sometimes and there is a gap under the door where a lot of light comes from while trying to sleep.

The location was great and the facilities were good. The room was spacious for two people.
The bathroom has an automatic light that is so bright and can’t be turned off or shielded by a door. This was super inconvenient for two people if someone had to use the bathroom in the night.

Good location. A short walk to a subway station containing 3 lines. Close to French Concession too (I’d stay somewhere there next time).
Breakfast was very, very average. Maybe someone new in the kitchen would help.

Great location, short walk to Jin’an temple and close to French concession as well. Not a crazy amount of restaurants around, but there are!
Bed was comfy, shower powerful and breakfast nice. Honestly great croissants.
It was cleaned well, it seems but just really not fresh in some ways. There were some weird stains on the walls, including blood stains. And some dirt in the toilet boil which seemed permanent. Could use a refresh.
It mentions they have self-laundry onsite, which is true. But it’s super old, doesn’t actually make your clothes fresh at all. On top of that you have to pay for it. Which is the first time I’ve seen this in China. Also dryer works so-so.
