The location and how big the property was

Nothing

The location was perfect just off of 5th Ave but not too close to the noise. It was quiet in our suite. The rooftop pool and tanning area were a great bonus. The internet in the suite worked perfectly as some of us were working remotely. The key drop off was smooth as there is a code for the front door and the suite door. A person from the property management team greeted us and explained everything. The space was comfortable for our group of 5 girls. Easy walking distance to anything you might need and all the local hot spots and restaurants and only a couple of blocks to the beach. I would stay here again when in Playa!!

We could not figure out how to work the TV or play music from it. Would be nice if there was a small note with instructions for the TV. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, we used the shower gel that was in the shower.
