We fell under the spell of this stone house from the early 19th century and lime trees in the garden. We have completely renovated, and have designed a modern extension to connect it to the little booth in which we take our meals in the summer, contemplating the greenery around us. Garden of 1500 m2 with views over the valley of Vaucouleurs.
Decoration cozy and comfortable. House of 200 m2. Large and very cozy living room of 60 m2, 2 double bed rooms and one room with 1 single bed. Small TV lounge on second floor (sofa can transform into 2 beds for kids) , laundry and 2 bathrooms with WC.
In the garden : table tennis, Nordic bath on the terrace.

House located 1 hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Versailles. Shops 1 mile, calm and green environment. Courgent is a charming typical village of Yvelines, crossed by a small river. Ideal location to discover Paris, Giverny and Normandy.
This house is my principal residence, it is fully equipped, furnished and decorated to be as cozy as possible. You must be confortable with the idea that the house contains my belongings, this is what gives it a soul. But for this reason I ask guests to be respectful and to take care of it like their own home :-)
We have a very friendly and loving cat living mostly in the garden where you will also discover a tortoise !

✘ Exclusive use of the house for travelers who have booked.
✘ Use of nordic bath and trampoline is prohibited for children without adult supervision, and under your sole responsibility.
✘ No smoking in the house.
✘ Animals are not accepted.
✘ The house must be left tidy, the dishes done and put away, the bed linen (duvet cover/sheets/pillowcase) removed from the beds and roughly folded, the towels in a heap in the bathroom.
