Fabulous view from this lovely apartment. Everything you need and more has been thoughtfully provided. Muriel is really lovely and was a great help in a crisis situation. We are so grateful for her kindness.

Loved this stay! beach just across the road Tram and Bus very near by. Great communication with host. Apartment was great had everything we needed/wanted. Would love to stay again.

This apartment was perfect for two couples. We stayed for three nights and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the area. The nearby bus and tram made it easy to visit Eze Village, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Old Town Nice, as well as travel to the airport.The bedrooms are on the smaller side, so living out of a suitcase required a bit of creativity, but it was manageable for our short stay. The two air-conditioning units worked exceptionally well and kept the apartment cool and comfortable.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, which made it easy to enjoy a swim in the Mediterranean. We also had a wonderful meal at the restaurant directly across the street. The washer and dryer were an added convenience and especially useful during our travels.As noted in previous reviews, the apartment is not within walking distance of Old Town, but the excellent public transportation options made getting around simple and convenient. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.

This is our second time staying here.Will stay here again and again. The property is in such an outstanding location. Close to both the bus and train lines. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s just so cozy.
