The hostel is a bit outside quilotoa but only a 7 min walk. They give you a lot of blankets and a heater which you need as it's cold! However, one of the best nights of sleep ever! The guy who worked there was really nice and very polite and made us simple but tasty meals!
The hostel is basic but all was good

Room was alright, everything was clean and the shower had hot water. The staff was friendly and the included dinner was tasty. The provided electric heater was very much appreciated.
No light in the bathroom (you need to leave the door open to see anything)! No shower curtain, after taking a shower, the entire bathroom is wet. There is not really an atmosphere and not many guests seem to stay there - this goes for the entire town.

It was close to the lagoon and they let us check out at 4PM so we could secure our luggage in our room
Very cold. Placed us in a room without hot water and we had to complain to move.

"Staff were incredibly friendly. Perfect location for the Quilotoa lake, only a short walk away from main view point and starting location for the hike. Bus dropped us right next to the hostel. Dinner..."
