Great location and comfortable, tidy, well appointed spacious apartment. The private balcony was an excellent feature. We had a hot spell during our visit, so we appreciated the air conditioning. Hosts communication was excellent. He met us at the ferry terminal and showed us to the apartment, before completing a detailed handover.
Every thing was great. We knew about the long climb up the stairs to the apartment, but with your own private balcony, it is totally worth it.

Communication was wonderful and informative. They met us at the Water Taxi stop which was extremely helpful! Location was perfect for us. Place was clean and well maintained. There are many stairs up but worth it for the outside area!
Stairs with luggage BUT the description does with you and it is worth it for the stay!

Great apartment in Venice - we were a family of 4, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, nice living area, amazing views from all windows, great rooftop! Very very clean!
The property is great but our apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator - so it might be a problem for some families.
