basic but very comfortable room, layout was well thought out (cute chair with wheels!). very happy with cleanliness and comfortable bed and pillows, onsen in the hotel big bonus, staff was super helpful and nice, proximity to the station
standard room might be a little small for two people, but apart from that nothing! would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya

The breakfast is good, with a good variety of food.
The car park was full when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful and recommended a nearby car park. It was very convenient and very close to the hotel.

A good comprehensive breakfast
The extremely small room, the pictures in all the information about the hotel did not have beds up against the wall and the rooms were bigger. The advertising pictures were very misleading. About the place that’s about it really.
