Perfect location by all meanings - as for nice shopping, dining or to get to the beach every day.
And the rooms and facilities in reality look better than on the pictures. Beautiful, compact, calm and nice apartment.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, centrale e facilmente raggiungibile. L'appartamento è molto carino e su più livelli. Proprietario molto disponibile.
Non è una nota di demerito ma solo una piccola osservazione: forse eliminerei alcune suppellettili a favore di qualche piano di appoggio

It is a cosy lovely flat in the center of castellamare.
The wifi had some issues and noisy at night.
