Brak praktycznie jakichkolwiek miejsc na ubrania/bieliznę (tylko wieszak w kuchni), łazienka zamykana od zewnątrz (nowatorski pomysł), brak informacji że po wejściu trzeba samemu włączyć termę (idziesz pod prysznic a tu zdziwienie, woda 20 stopni)

Dobra lokalizacja, obiekt bardzo czysty, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, właściciel bardzo pomocny

+ breakfast (external service) in a *** standard hotel quality + easy key handover + kitchen and bathroom kept clean + free parking tips from hosts; not easy to achieve yet possible

- beds and linens prepared for 2+1 pax instead of 5 announced, even though we literally asked for that one day before and got it confirmed - one single duvet, way too narrow for a dbl bed and to cover two slim persons - welcome message with legal consequences for improper use of towels, among other possible violations; would be much more nice to meet such guests needs if they occur by providing paper towels in the kitchen - limited accessibility for baby stroller (high 2nd floor, narrow stairway) - unpleasant smell, more in the building than in the apartment, but still noticeable - dust balls and other unwanted findings under the bed, sticky floor feeling, bathroom rug worn away - poor internet despite of good wifi signal; impossible to browse not even to mention remote work - hot water initially set to only 29 deg - breakfast one street away from the place - child entertainment equipment vastly decupled; we gave up on exploring the drawers after seeing the first one with several scattered crayons and used coloring sheets - kitchen equipment not including microwave; tee/coffee set is just water kettle and we failed to find mentioned coffee machine Sure we expected a bit more value for the price. Apartment must've been cozy some time ago but it's high time to give it serious care (ground cleaning, floor and walls renovation, supply), It's noticeable the owners are seeking for savings where they shouldn't be. Let me explain that setting water temp to lowest is a sham saving, it's most probably your water heater needs maintenance because hot water lasts hardly for one shower which is usually due to calcified heating loop; it's replacement would quickly pay off on power costs. Reusing kitchen sponges is not the way of saving that visitors could appreciate either. Soap levels were at their very end, luckily we brought our owns.
