Modern comfortable villa with private pool and stunning view
La Villa Nina est une maison de vacances de deux étages située à Tzanetata, un petit village paisible à 2 km. de la ville de Sami.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un coin repas et salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains avec douche. Depuis le salon, les portes mènent au magnifique jardin et à la piscine.
Au premier étage, il y a deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain.
Le salon et les deux chambres sont climatisés.
La villa dispose d'un lave-linge, d'une télévision par satellite, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion Wi-Fi.
Le canapé dans le salon peut être transformé en un lit d'appoint.

Gosh where to start! This villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures definitely need updating for the interior as it's very modern, very clean and very big the current pictures do not do it justice. The whole property is exceptionally clean and bright. The air-conditioning is fantastic also. The views from the upper balcony leading off the main bedroom are exceptional. The views from the downstairs living room are also exceptional. The villa is located only 5 minutes drive to Sami perfect if you have a car during your stay. There is also a top section in the garden with a pergola with a barbecue and seating. This was a perfect place to watch the sun go down over the mountains. The village is very quiet therefore our whole stay was peaceful and very very relaxing and if you like immersing yourself in a little Greek villiage this is the one for you. Spiros the owner is a wonderful kind person and an absoloute gentlemen. Spiros lives just down the lane from the villa therefore any problems he is right on hand. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and not very deep. You can actually walk around it at the sides as there is a raised level underneath the water. We had many many happy times playing ball etc. The views from the pool level are exceptional also. You have 360 degree views of either mountains, the valley or the sea down to Sami. We have already booked for next year as this place is a greek gem and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Wonderful villa with fabulous views of the ocean. Villa was very clean and modern. Pool and garden area well maintained and the view out to the ocean is fabulous. All windows have screens to keep any bugs out so you can enjoy the gentle breeze from being in an elevated locale.

Best accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everything was perfect and I intend returning. We were treated like family and I couldn't think of anything I would change. From waking up to fantastic views, relaxing by the pool to early evening bbq's in the little summer house. It really was the perfect relaxing holiday.I'm missing it already
