Cette propriété privée moderne et bien meublé est situé dans 1. 2 acres et avantages de sa conception grande et spacieuse ayant amplement d'espace pour se détendre en toute intimité, il a sa propre piscine privée, jardins privés, et un parking privé sécurisé, entouré de fruits et d'olive arbres avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne. La propriété est très sécurisé pour les enfants ayant particulièrement grilles d'enceinte tout au long et avec un accès à la propriété par un portail télécommandé. Une des autres caractéristiques clés est que du fait de sa position de sommet de la colline (environ 500 mètres au dessus du niveau de la mer) font les soirées beaucoup plus frais qui rend plus confortable pour se détendre et profiter. Avec son cadre rural de cette propriété, il est parfait pour les clients qui comme la marche et la randonnée. La petite ville amical de Montefalcione qui est à seulement 15 minutes à pied offre beaucoup de choses à faire pour tout le monde de tous les âges où vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter avec les habitants en particulier dans les soirées d'été assis autour de la Cafe`s et bars ou se promener et dans la rue principale de la Piazza. (Connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également disponible à partir de la plupart des bars)

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was nothing that was catered for or available.
The outside area around the pool was so luxurious and the views of the quiet countryside and distant mountains are absolutely stunning and will stay in our memories for ever.
The house is nicely laid out, with the kitchen and dining area particularly nice.
Ralph is such a lovely fellow - super cheery and helpful. He met us close to the property and escorted us the final few miles to the property which made it much easier to find.
The property is perfectly located in sleepy countryside for a restful and quiet stay, while being close enough for day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Baia.
Overall, just what we wanted and highly recommended.

Trouble free, from arrival to departing. Comfortable, extremely clean, exactly as stated in the description. Ralf was a good host and available to us with any questions we might have. We were a part of six adults and one child but we we had our own privacy, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Thank you Ralf for letting us stay.

On arrival in italy the owner met us not far from the villa and guided us to the door. First impressions were wow and these didn’t fade. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to make our stay home from home. The owner couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome giving advice on local festivals, restaurants and sightseeing.
The views were stunning and it was always a relief to come back to the peace and quiet of the villa after long days out and about.
Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Italy untouched by tourists but within easy reach of all the main attractions.

If you are looking for a lively, bustling holiday, this villa is not for you. If you want chill, relaxation and a taste of the real Italy then this will be your idea of paradise. The villa is of a very high standard and the scenery is idealic. You will never get bored watching the view from the pool. The on-line photos do not do the villa justice. The real thing is far better. The days at this time of year (July) are very warm but the temp drops about ten degrees in the evenings, making it very comfortable through the night. The local town of Montifalcioni is typical Italy and the villa is in easy reach of other, busy and beatiful towns such as Benevento and Caserta, for some night life and shopping, but still in the Italian way. You are an hour from Pompeii, the Amalie Coast and even less from Napoli. If you are fortunate enough to have Ralph, the owner in the country at the time of your break you will find him kean and eager to help you in every way he can. We could write a book about the reasons for coming here. You just need to try it. Iain, Kaz and family.
