The place is charming with its gardens and seating areas. The breakfasts are really amazing and they’ll cater to your preferences. Everything is comfortable and staff goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend!
It is a little far—but not so bad 15-20 min walk depending on which area your going to, but Grab is cheap and easy.

The staff and owner are extremely hospitable and helpful. The location was great, not too far from Jonker but also filled with eateries and shopping malls within walking distance. Have a wonder welcome treat that is very delicious. Melaka is definitely more than just Jonker street and this location provides a mix of both especially for people who would like to explore other parts of Melaka and staying in a nice nostalgic Dutch house.
Maybe the painwork of the house needs some upgrading and touchup due to intense humidity but otherwise it probably blends it into the historical building nature.

The accommodation is within a truly beautiful garden including a pool. There is a communal comfortable space which can be used at any time and is a great place to relax in the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay recommend it to anyone looking for a local homestay experience. We also recommend nearby Atlantic Nonya restaurant for sampling local Nyonya cuisine.
