The overall experience to be at the japanese ryokan. Also the hot springs pool outside and the food.

Beautiful ryokan in a lovely location with astounding views and an excellent onsen with a mineral outdoor pool. The food was top notch and the service very kind.
It can be a little remote if you don’t have a car, but manageable with public transport or taxis.
