convenient location to both Krakow stary miasto as well as Kazimierz. Being on the Western side, was quiet.

The property was clean, functional and well located. Communication with the owner was excellent.
It was an apartment in a block - could have been anywhere in the world. I would drop the price and scrap the breakfast delivery - the food was ok but the quantity of packaging which went in the bin each morning was a bit depressing. Popping out to a local cafe would have been preferable

Property was clean and decent size for our stay.
24hr security was helpful as we were not informed of the code to get into the building after hours.
Not very well sign posted to find. We were given the code for the door the day before so proceed led to the apartment. The code was not working so we contacted the staff via booking.com and WhatsApp to be told to ‘keep trying’ and ‘it was fine earlier’ after 2.5 hours we finally persuaded the staff to send a technician who was very helpful and fixed the issue straight away! We were also told there was no key in the lock box on the door but the all of a sudden there was. Communication was quick but not helpful at all if there was an issue. Very basic facilities provided. The air con was no use and if the window was open it was too noisy from the tram. One of the hanging lights flashes on and off.
